Hawaii Casting-on-Demand Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

It is a service that serves the actor and casting community by allowing its members to set up personal information for possible casting and employment opportunities and to submit for such opportunities. Hawaii Casting-on-Demand members may now or in the future submit, for example, photos, biographical information, resume and promotional materials.
d. Hawaii Casting-on-Demand may change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time, but if Casting-on-Demand Hawaii does so, Hawaii Casting-on-Demand will post such changes on the Website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of notice of any changes in these operating rules, will indicate acceptance by you of such rules, changes, or modifications.
e. Hawaii Casting-on-Demand may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or content; and may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.
